OSHCwood provides students with opportunities to enjoy activities, develop new skills and connect with others outside of the school day.
The program offers a welcoming and supportive environment where students can take part in a range of social, recreational and life skills activities. It provides opportunities for students to build independence, develop confidence, try new experiences and enjoy time with their peers.
OSHCwood is part of the Victorian Government’s High Intensity Outside School Hours Care Initiative, which supports specialist schools to provide outside school hours care for students with disabilities. The initiative provides additional support and resources to help students participate safely and meaningfully in the program.
