Student Wellbeing

The emotional, social and physical wellbeing of students is of primary concern as these qualities are fundamental to effective learning and engagement.

The school believes in and provides a safe, secure, supportive and consistent learning environment which welcomes the contributions of every person.

Individual Education Programs engage students to achieve their personal best concentrating on building social, communication, independence and vocational skills to ensure a successful post school life.

Individual achievements and educational milestones are acknowledged and celebrated at school assemblies and special events.  There is a strong student leadership program where student roles and responsibilities include: School Captains, Student Representative Council and Student Environment Committees, House Captains (Sports, Performing Arts and Visual Arts), Primary School Leaders and Class Representatives.
